SpolLineages software tool allows users to predict Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) lineages from Spoligotyping and/or MIRU-VNTR patterns.
This software tool was developed as part of a research collaboration between Institut Pasteur de la Guadeloupe and Université des Antilles.
